Virtual Workshop -During this challenging time, we are offering this workshop using a HIPAA compliant Zoom platform. Your participation will be as private as you need and/or desire.

Intimacy is part of our Essence.

It is something we need and long for in order to experience Full Aliveness. And, yet, it is often difficult, scary, hurtful, shaming, and confusing. What makes it so hard?

During these hours together, we will explore the definition and different types of intimacy. We will describe the components for creating the safety necessary to experience intimate connection.

Using a variety of dialogues, you will privately explore and communicate your personal needs and ways of expressing intimacy with your Partner. We will be available to support you during these processes.

Finally, you will create two action plans based on what you have learned about yourself and your Partner. Your personal plan will identify ways you will contribute to your Space to support and build intimacy. Together you will create a plan to consciously move toward a more intimate connection.
